So, last evening I did a thing (a few things, actually). I made “2 ingredient pumpkin brownies” from a recipe that showed up in my Facebook feed.
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree (I used solid pack pumpkin… )
1 box (or bag) brownie mix
1 9×13 pan greased
350 F oven
15 – 20 min bake time
have to admit, I ended up adding a little water to make all of the pumpkin incorporate.
It DID NOT have brownie consistency… more like fudge consistency… but it was really yummy and a great Mabon celebration desert. My son said we need to make these way more often (given this was the first time I made them, I guess that won’t be hard).
